Order Processing

Your order is confirmed once your payment has been accepted by our team. Atelier Medium reserves the right to refuse an order if the customer already has a dispute with our company or if we believe that the customer poses a risk of non-payment.

We also reserve the right to request additional information from the customer if deemed necessary. If there is no response from the customer within 5 days of the request, the order will and payment will be canceled.

We commit to honoring orders received only within the limits of available stock.

Processing Time

All orders placed on our site are processed within 48 hours on business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

Delivery times depend on the carriers and the delivery methods chosen. Atelier Medium cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carriers.
